How buying works
From choosing to delivery: no payments on the site, we contact you.
1. Choose your iPhone
Every phone is one of a kind, with its cosmetic grade, battery health and last 4 IMEI digits stated. Your order reserves it for 48 hours.
2. Choose how to receive it
Insured shipping to your home, in any country, or pick-up from the official partner in your area. We only ship to the address given in the order.
3. We contact you about payment
Once we receive your order, within 24 hours we email or call you with the payment instructions. Meanwhile the iPhone stays reserved for you for 48 hours; if the order isn't completed it goes back on sale.
4. We pack it
We run the tests again, apply the screen protector you chose at checkout and add the case and the charging cable: they're included in the price.
5. You receive it where you chose
We ship within 1 business day of the payment confirmation, with an insured, tracked courier worldwide: in most countries it arrives in 2–5 business days. If you chose pick-up, we let you know when it's ready at the partner.
