Bring Certified OEM Device to your area
We're looking for Apple repair and sales shops worldwide that want to become the network's point of reference in their area. The rule is simple: one partner per area (state, region or province, depending on the country), with its own exclusive territory.

The map opens on your area. Pick a continent, then a shop from the list to see it on the map. Lit countries already have a partner: every other area is free.

What a partner does and gets
The partner doesn't own Certified OEM Device and doesn't run the website: it's the network's reference shop in its area.
- What a partner does
Pick-up point
Customers who buy on the website can choose to pick up the iPhone from the partner in their area instead of having it shipped.
- What a partner does
Warranty and in-person support
If there's a warranty problem, the customer brings the phone to the partner, with no shipping and no outside workshops.
- What a partner does
In-person sales
Customers who prefer to see and hold the iPhone before buying do it at the partner, under the same rules as the website: genuine Apple parts, battery from 85% up, same warranty.
- What you get
Exclusivity on your area
One partner per state, region or province: no other shop of the network in your territory.
- What you get
The customers of your area
Pick-ups, support and in-person sales in your area go through your shop, which appears on the website with logo, address and contact details.
- What you get
Materials and a direct contact
The network's logo, point-of-sale materials and a person to talk to, not a form.
How to become a partner
- 1
Send your application
Fill in the form below: the shop's name, its area and a contact are enough. It commits you to nothing.
- 2
We check the shop and the area
We verify that the shop is open to the public, works with Apple devices and that the area is still open.
- 3
Agreement and launch
We define the terms together, then your shop joins the network and appears on the website.
Questions from shops
How many partners can there be in my area?
Just one. The area depends on the country: the state in the US, the province in Canada and Italy, the county in the UK, the region elsewhere. A new partner must be in an area not yet covered: for example, in Italy the province of Lecce is covered, so the next Italian partner could be in the province of Bari, Taranto or Brindisi. You can see the covered areas on the map above.
What do I need to apply?
A physical shop open to the public, experience with Apple devices (repairs or sales) and a VAT number or your country's equivalent. In the form, select the shop's country and area: if it's already covered, the form tells you right away.
Are there entry costs?
We agree on the commercial terms together after checking the shop, and we don't publish them online. Applying is free and non-binding.
I have several shops in different areas: can I apply with all of them?
Yes. Enter the main shop's area in the form and list the other shops in the message: we evaluate each area separately.
What happens after I send it?
You get an application code. We get back to you after checking the shop and the area; until an agreement is signed there's no commitment on either side.
