It's used, like the phone, but in great shape: we only sell iPhones with a battery health between 85% and 100%, a level that still gives excellent all-day battery life. The exact percentage, read from the phone, is shown on each listing.

Undeclared defects and failures not caused by drops, liquids or tampering. If there's a problem, you bring the phone to the official partner in your area, or send it back to us: we repair or replace it, without going through outside workshops.

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind: send the iPhone back intact with its accessories, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it.

You don't pay anything on the site: once we receive your order we contact you within 24 hours, by email or phone, with the payment instructions. Meanwhile the iPhone stays reserved for you for 48 hours.

As soon as the payment is confirmed: within 1 business day we ship it with an insured, tracked courier, or bring it to the partner you chose for pick-up.

Worldwide, with an insured, tracked courier, to the address given in the order. In most countries it arrives in 2–5 business days. Outside the European Union any import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient. Alternatively, pick it up from the official partner in your area.
